Q:I've been exercising almost daily (usually one rest day a week though), doing things like Jillian Michaels 30 DS or 6 wk 6 pack, alternating with jogging 2-3 miles on some days. I've been doing all this for a month and a half, but have GAINED 10 lbs. What's going on?
What you have gained are most probably muscle, as muscle weighs heavier than fat. I’d suggest you gauge through how well your clothes fit and also body measurements, rather than weight. Because weight fluctuates and you gain weight from muscle gain.
